I can't wait to see you in the studio and photograph you all but, let's keep you, your family and me and mine safe while we do that.
HAND SANITISER & DEVICE CLEANING STATION
In accordance with level 2, things are going to be a little different. When you first enter the studio there is a hand sanitising station for you to use along with sanitising wipes for your mobile phone. You MUST use BOTH to enter, because let's be real, the moment you get inside you're just going to touch your phone screen again.
KEEP A DISTANCE FROM OTHERS IN THE STUDIO
If you are just coming in to check out the new studio and look around, please keep 2 meters away from others. If you are booked in for a consultation or photoshoot your bubble will be the only people on the studio floor during that time other than myself, the makeup and hair stylists and my assistant. During a shoot in a controlled environment some close contact may occur due to the nature of photoshoots. All required steps have been taken to keep both me, my staff and contractors and yourselves safe and abide by the guidelines set out by the government for this type of business.
CONTRACT TRACING REGISTER
When you enter the studio to maintain a controlled environment, you are required to sign the contract register on ENTRY and EXIT, so that we know who was where and at what time, just in case someone does get sick. If you have an appointment I'll already have your details on file, but please still sign the register to keep things all in one place. Before and after signing the register, please sanitise your hands.
I know you've heard it a lot, but I mean it. Wash those hands, clean your regularly used items like your keys, your phone and your wallet. Use the hand sanitising station or hand washing facilities throughout your shoot and when you leave the studio. I'll do the same to keep you and me safe.
Commonly used and high touch surfaces are cleaned in the studio daily as well as throughout the day should clients or visitors enter. Any studio wardrobe that is used is cleaned in between shoots.
DURING YOUR SHOOT
During your shoot, myself, my assistants, my makeup artists and hair stylists will use appropriate cleaning and any PPE that is required for the services and volume of clients we each service. During outdoor shoots social distance will be maintained and you must let me know the names and contact details of any attendees coming along to your shoot.
IF YOU'RE SICK
If you are sick or feel unwell, even just a little bit. Stay home. I know sometimes we like to push through and just get things done, but this time we can't. If you're feeling unwell, even just a runny nose or sore throat do not come to the studio, consultation or your shoot, let me know as soon as possible and we will reschedule your shoot or consultation. If you do come to your shoot and are unwell and have not informed me, I will be not be able to photograph or meet with you and no refund will be provided. Stay home, get better and then come back and we will create those beautiful photographs.
IF I'M UNWELL
If I am unwell I will be staying home and getting better. All shoots, consultations and reveals will be rescheduled or where able, done via Skype, video chat, email or over the phone.
NO MORE THAN 10
We can't gather in groups larger than 10, that includes me and my staff or contractors. That means if I am photographing your small wedding gathering I am one of the 10 people. In the studio it means that for now, bookings are limited to 6 people (to allow for me, hair and makeup and my assistant) unless otherwise advised and you must advise me of each person that you are planning to bring to your photoshoot, consultation or reveal. This number includes any children.
NO REFRESHMENTS FOR NOW
Often at my shoots refreshments and platters are offered to keep us going. For now, no refreshments or snacks will be offered however I can recommend some super cute foodie places for after your shoot.
